Pricing, minimum order quantities, sample costs, lead times and service scope are confirmed in the quotation. We do not assume that every item can be consolidated into one order.

Requirements & OE matching
Collect part numbers, application details, quantities, drawings where needed and destination-market requirements. Resolve uncertain matches before proceeding.

Supplier enquiries & quotation
Review available options against the brief. Clarify per-SKU MOQ, specification, packaging, sample costs, payment terms and lead time.

Samples & acceptance criteria
Agree whether samples, measurement checks, functional tests or third-party inspection are needed, and who will approve the result.

Order & production follow-up
Confirm the order scope in writing and coordinate agreed milestones, packaging requirements and supplier updates.

Inspection & export coordination
Review agreed checks and documents, then coordinate shipment details under the Incoterm and responsibilities stated in the quotation.
