02 / Sample approval
Agree the reference sample or technical specification. Define the measurements, material information or functional checks needed for approval.
03 / Pre-shipment review
Specify inspection criteria, sampling scope, packaging checks and who carries out the inspection. Independent inspection can be discussed where required.
04 / Documents & traceability
Agree which documents are required and available for the specific product: specifications, batch references, inspection records or applicable test reports. Check document scope and validity rather than assuming a report covers every product.
